Rebrand: USA Digital APIO

Why did the company change it's name?

USA Digital rebranded to APIO to better reflect the company’s evolving solutions and long-term vision for connectivity and communication services.

Is this a new company?

No. APIO is the same company formerly known as USA Digital Communications, Inc., with the same leadership, team, and ownership (we were NOT acquired, nor did we merge).

Will my services change?

No. Your services will continue exactly as they do today.

Will billing change?

No. Billing processes and agreements remain the same.

Will Customer Support change?

No. Customers will continue to receive support from the same team and channels.

Do contracts need to be updated?

Existing agreements remain valid. Future documentation will reflect the APIO brand.  

Is USA Digital Communications, Inc. going away?

No. Legally, we will still be USA Digital Communications, Inc., but with a DBA (Doing Business As) for the new name, APIO.

Why the name APIO?

APIO is the Latin verb for “connect”, which is what we do.  APIO represents the company’s forward-looking vision for modern connectivity and communication solutions.
